The war mode. Again.

Things have gone beautiful here.

And since all negotiation attempts have failed, I have switched to my war mode in order to face their beauty.

Farewell my dear countrymen. We shall meet again. Soon.

Meanwhile, your prayers can always find me.

Lo and behold! The war mode starts! (Oh, shut up!)

All right. This means war!

As I have finally recovered from the un-healthy mode that I had remained in for the last few days (and thanks for the wishes, everyone), it’s time to get into an altogether another mode, which I call “war mode”. Now let me make it very clear that this war mode has nothing to do with the political situations all around the world, and nor does it has to do anything with any criminal mafias. I enter this mode when I have got no other option and no alternative course of action available. And you are right if you think that I become aggressive when I am under war mode.

Clearly, this mode helps me in preparing myself for a war. What kind of war, you ask? A noble one, I answer. Against who, you ask again. And I reply by saying that this war is not against someone, it’s against something. Something who, you ask yet again. I raise my arm in mid-air, make a fist, swing my fist as Liaqat Ali Khan used to swing, and answer with an ambition: my studies.

Yes. I am in war against my studies. Well, who isn’t anyway? But that’s what my war mode does to me. I plan how to defeat my studies. I plan how to get my work done as those deadlines approach closer and closer. I work out different strategies and move my troops accordingly (though I also keep my strategies flexible). And I do all this only because I can’t afford to lose. I can’t afford to lose a single battle, and I can’t afford to lose the whole war.

As you might have guessed that I’ll have to spend a lot of time now in my entrenched base (or in the battlefield) so I won’t be updating. Okay, that’s the real news: I won’t be updating here at this ulta seedha journal of mine. In fact, I won’t be coming online much. I might blog-hop sometimes, and I might comment, and who knows I might write something in here too, but more often I’ll be busy planning and implementing a war strategy. I don’t know exactly how long will it take, as it depends a lot on the enemy I am facing. So here I am, ready to enter the war mode, and ready to go on a (war) hiatus.

Wish me luck everybody. I need duas and good wishes. And I sincerely hope that I’ll return victorious, inshaAllah.
