Being alive is one thing. Being dead is another. What about being in middle?
Did I just scare you? No? Well, did I surprise you? Maybe I did. But I bet you aren’t as surprised as I am. I mean, why on earth, from all possible combinations of words, did these three sentences come up in my mind?
Boredom.
I am telling you, boredom can do that to you. Well, actually, boredom can make you do more horrible things than coming up with a scary/surprising combination of words. For example, it can make you sit on your chair like an ullu made to sit in sunshine, or it can force you into talking to yourself. (Last night I was telling myself that I needed to jump off the roof. That would be some end to the boredom). Going up and down the staircase without any purpose is also one of the symptoms that you are getting bored. Also included are watching the same old movies you have seen so many times in the past days, and then fooling yourself by thinking that you are enjoying them.
Another sign of being a victim of boredom is writing crap like I have written above, and calling it an update.
So here I am, talking about life, death, and being in middle, and getting bored. Let’s just hope that the final project gets decided soon. At least I’ll have a valid reason for getting bored then.
