Marne se kia hoga.

Get back to life and use the gun for a better purpose. Give it to an assassin and tell him to head to the President House.

It’s just the start of the show! =P Don’t give up so easily.

*comes back from the dead*

Mahwash,
You mean I should let the assassin earn all the sawab? That too in Ramadan? Maybe I’ll accompany him.

Asma,
 *sighs*

Hina,
Don’t worry, I am immortal now. Let the show begin, and hope that the audience has brought rotten tomatoes with them.

Mahwash

Sep 7, 2008 at 3:30 pm

Sigh. Killing Zardari for sawab. Now that’s a cliche you’ll be hearing a lot.

Now I know why kids become suicide bombers.

There’s no point trying. cockroaches can survive nuclear blasts, remember?

Saadat

Mahwash,
Ah well. Some cliches are SO spot on.

Hira S,
Haha! You can crush them under your foot, right? But then again, who will bell the cat?

Saadat

An ILLuS|On,
Er, khair mubarak?

Absar,
Nope. But you can have a brand new Beretta 92. ;)

Sep 8, 2008 at 1:36 pm

im sure anyone in pakistan who is even slightly sane would like to accompany you for earning some sawab!

Saadat

Sep 8, 2008 at 1:47 pm

Karachiwali,
The more, the better! Just the niyyat will be enough, even!

Mahwash

Sep 8, 2008 at 2:04 pm

Alright, does this mean it’s time to chant “Qadam barhao hum tumharay saath hain?” and march headfirst into the President house?

Saadat

Sep 8, 2008 at 8:47 pm

Mahwash,
Perhaps. A proper march will prove to be a good distraction for a couple of sneaky professionals.

Hira S

Sep 8, 2008 at 10:05 pm

i don’t need one! Any crowd with chainsaws heading towards the president house and i’m in! Chalo Mahwash!

*takes cleaver out of kolapuri chappals (somehow)*

Mahwash

Sep 9, 2008 at 3:05 am

Chappals bhi chalengee mere khayal se. Cleaver ki aisi ki taisi.

Saadat

Sep 9, 2008 at 6:25 am

Sana,
“Self-empowerment”? It probably means nothing for frustrated awaam like us, but everything for the so called khawaas, such as our new president. Sigh.

An ILLuS|On,
I know, senor illusionist. And sure, let’s move!

Mahwash and Hira,
No formalities. Just jump in! And chainsaws and cleavers and chappals? May I add gandasas as well? The Pakistani President House should have a taste of Pakistani wrath!

whoa man! People are so judgemental :p
*sarcasm – ofcourse*

Specs

Sep 9, 2008 at 8:22 pm

You are so good, man. There’s a lot of wisdom showing through in the fact that you didn’t wait to make a long winded speech and get someone else to shoot you. Better to do it your way, man.

But you weren’t married yet. So, er, what about your janaza then? Not jaiz. Tsk tsk.

Hina

Sep 9, 2008 at 8:44 pm

Rotten tomatoes? You are forgetting the sky-rocketing prices, are you not? Even rotten tomatoes are a treasure to behold!

I bought a gun to shoot myself, then I decided to enroll in the Harvard Assassination Program instead, but then I decided to drop out when I realized that shooting the good for nothing Mr. 10% would be tantamount to conferring sainthood on him. We have already got enough saints as it is.

I am shooting myself instead… unless, of course someone hands me a chainsaw as well and we go to the NA and PA enmasse. Clean the houses I say.

Saadat

Sep 10, 2008 at 6:18 am

Mahwash,
Aren’t we all? ‘Pakistani’ should now be synonymous to ‘excited’.

Raahbar,
You, my friend, are among the only few I have seen who insist that the glass is half-full. Let’s hope for the sake of our country that you are right.

Cyma,
Judgmental, really! (All sarcasm is welcome on this post!)

Specs,
Damn, I knew I had a flaw somewhere. But wait, suicidal cases don’t have janazas anyway, right? Hmm. Oh well, I’ll be careful in the future.

Hina,
Sigh. Another flaw. And if we look at it this way, then I guess eggs are out too. Time to get back to the simplicity of stones?

An ILLuS|On,
Aha! Sab baat khoti, pehlay daal roti, eh? (Note: it’s not کھوتی, but کھوٹی!)

Bhaijan,
Just when our preparations were almost complete with Berettas, chainsaws, cleavers, chappals, and gandasas, you had to come and point out the biggest flaw in our plan. You are right, we can’t have another political saint! Cleaning the houses will have the same effect as well (although to a lesser extent.)

All right then, everybody. This is code-10 abort. We need to rethink our strategy.

Aray….khud ko maarnay se kia hoga? Let’s shoot him! :P

Remember the quote AamirRaz had on his blog by George Bernard Shaw? “Democracy is a device that insures we shall be governed no better than we deserve.”

Saadat

True that.
